How long does it take to get started with an AVAV product?
For SaaS products (TalentFlow, PeopleCore, FlowChat), we can configure and launch your instance within 5–10 business days of signing. For custom enterprise builds, we'll give you a delivery timeline in your discovery call, typically 6–12 weeks depending on complexity.
Do you handle SARS compliance automatically?
Yes. PeopleCore handles PAYE, UIF, SDL, ETI calculations on every payslip and generates EMP201 and EMP501 returns. TalentFlow handles POPIA compliance and EE reporting. All products are built for South African compliance from the ground up.
Can AVAV products integrate with our existing systems?
Yes. AVAV products have open APIs and can integrate with most common SA business systems, accounting platforms, existing HRIS, job portals and more. Enterprise integrations are scoped during the discovery call. TalentFlow and PeopleCore are designed to work together natively.
Do you offer training and ongoing support?
Yes, always. Every AVAV engagement includes hands-on training for your team, in person or virtual, and go-live support. Ongoing support is via a dedicated channel with a named contact. Enterprise clients get a dedicated account manager and quarterly reviews.
Do you work with businesses outside South Africa?
AVAV is actively expanding into Africa. We currently serve South African businesses and can work with organisations in Botswana, Namibia, Zimbabwe and Zambia. Our products are built to localise for different compliance environments. If you're in Africa, contact us, we'd love to talk.
What's the minimum contract term?
SaaS products are available monthly with no minimum lock-in. Annual billing is available at a 15% discount. Custom builds require a contract for the build phase plus a minimum 12-month support and maintenance agreement. Full terms are discussed during the commercial process.
